History- 8/1/05: I arrived as they were preparing to knock out this portion of the area, and was able to remove the cache in time (The workers were facinated by it). It was essentially undamaged, so I held onto it until they finished the remodel of the nearby school.
11/7/10: Finally managed to have the cache and the required tools in the same place and the same time to get this replaced. Five years away gives this one a whole new generation of cachers so I decided to go ahead and re-enable it. Enjoy!
