Geocache Description:

Easy hike along an old Railroad bed that has been mulched for easy walking. About a 1.2 mile round trip hike along a nice quiet stretch of the Kennebec River.

A well hidden micro along a beautiful trail running parallel to the Kennebec river. Visit Rotary Benton Trail for more information. Parking can be found at N44 35.204 W069 35.327; Aquarium Store on Crummett Street (with permission during business hours) or at Mill Island Park; then walk across road/bridge to access the trail. Following your GPSr, it will lead to the beginning of the trail (toward the end of Crummett Street on the left hand side) which will be easily identified with signs and then onto the cache site.

Look for the sign pictured below.



Please respect the privacy of nearby homes which will only be an issue at the very beginning.

Please hide the cache as well or better than you found it.
