cache!
Grindylow and I rented a house very near here on 24th Avenue for
a couple of years in the early 1990s. We spent countless evenings
watching sunsets, waves, the surf, surfers, skim-boarders, joggers,
walkers, horseback riders, whales, dolphins, sea otters, birds,
bird-watchers, babes, and you-name-its from the bench at the end of
24th Avenue and the beach below it. Even after we moved away, we
often came back with baby Pink Static to enjoy the beach and visit
our neighborhood friends.
(I REALLY wanted to place a cache at the end of 24th Avenue, but
the watchful neighbors ("constant vigilance!") would muggle it in
no time.)
For those of you who like roses: in late spring watch for the
climbing rose at 341 24th Avenue to bloom. It only blooms once a
year, but when it does it's a showstopper! It was very common for
cars to come to a dead stop in the middle of the street just to
enjoy our garden!
Not a camo cache, parking and the muggles will be challenges
enough for you!
Congratulations Krzi Krew: First to Find!
Enjoy! And happy caching!
