Geocache Description:

This location is only open from Dawn till Dusk. No night caching here. So for all you die hards there is no midnight run to be FTF - sorry :) You will have to do this one in the morning.

At the coordinates listed you will find yourself at the grave of a famous person. His picture has been engraved into the stone. Some of you will remember this person and some have and will be reminded of him at typical southern weddings for many years to come. It was never determined who shot him, his wife or mistress.( Interesting story there if you want to research that in your spare time) If you lived here in the early 80's and liked country dancing at the Winchester Club on Bissonnet, you probably heard him in person as he and his band were the house band for 3 years. I knew this man as a friend back in the day when he began his music career.
The cache is located in the closest bush to his tombstone at these coordinates 29.44 393 N 095 36.527W.
It is a small metal container that blends in well with the surroundings. Bring your own pencil and please replace securely. Whole container does not need to be removed from its perch, the bottom twists off.
