The coordinates will take you to the door. Go on in and look around. Enjoy the view, have a soda on the terrace, admire the architecture, pick up some local info, buy a gift, and, oh yeah, gather the following information:
A - Cedar Falls is in a National Heritage area. Search the nearby racks or ask at the desk to find the name of this NHA. How many S's are there in the name of the Heritage Area?
B - There is an area in the building used for meetings. How many letters are there in the first word of the name of the conference room?
C - As you entered this place you were in a foyer. Look for a dedication plaque. What is the last digit of the date on that plaque?
Now you are ready to find the cache.
Once you have found it, think A-B-C.
