View Geocache Log

[4044] Holidays in the US, day 16. Today we explored the Mystic area. We visited the Mystic Village and Stonington and tried to find some geocaches.
This was the first find for today. I had already checked at home in Germany, that I fulfill the demands of the challenge. I will attach sceenshots of my finds as a proof to my log entry.
The part outdoors was not so easy, as already before arriving at waypoint 2 the path had disappeared. So my wife stopped, waiting for me, while I disappeared in the woods. Fortunately I detected the cache hide immediately, as I arrived at the zero spot. So, I logged the cache and went back. TFTC!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
