Found it twilighter found Cryptology 101: Caesar

Friday, 25 May 2018New Hampshire

Solved this puzzle a LONG time ago and it's been in our GPSr forever. Had a nice hike in these woods and found all four caches. It was hot and humid and almost felt like summer. Glad we waited until this time of year to hike in here... looks like a lot of the trails were pretty wet earlier in the spring. There's still a wet spot right before you get to this cache and I had to balance across some thin logs and not fall in the mud. Took a while at GZ to locate the cache. Lots of potential hiding places around. This was the first time this cache has been found since 2016. Resurrection #91. TNLNSL. TFTC

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
