Found it DK_Titan found Peppermint - Heartburn Series

Friday, April 23, 2010California

The first full day on our USA geocaching holiday was spent around Desert Hot Springs. It was very interesting to walk in a landscape so different from what we are used to in Denmark. We started out in the Heartburn Series, took a few caches in the town of Desert Hot Springs and continued to the Easter Egg Hunt series. After that we headed for the trail between Desert Hot Springs and Yucca Valley, but soon realized that our small car was not capable of completing that trip. Therefore we headed for the caches along Mission Creek Road instead. After a very intense and interesting day we returned to our motel in Yucca Valley.

This cache was located at 10:12. It happened to be a milestone for us: Our find no. 7000.

Thanks for the cache!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
