Friday, July 23, 2010South East England, United Kingdom

Joint {*FTF*} at 9:55pm

We got here at about 9:30pm after doing the three new Rumager puzzles in Worcester Park. It was now dark so I wasn't very hopeful of finding it.

My son (the Bobcat) had the torch (a little wind-up one) and was searching where the GPS was suggesting. My daughter Emma had found a very interesting item further away, and was getting annoyed that she couldn't see anything.

Me? I was reading the noticeboard (the Bobcat was convinced there was a clue there) and humming the Billy Bragg song about the Diggers "The World Turned Upside Down". A great song - definitely one of his best - I heartily recommend it.

Emma is complaining that she needs the torch NOW. Suddenly there's a beep from a horn and another car turns up. Its my friend Richiecactus with Mrs RC. He's just had notification of a further hint and what do you know it points us exactly where my daughter is already searching.

RC goes off to get his big torch but its useless: a goo-ey battery mess. We now have to rely on the little wind-up one, but it doesn't take too long until Emma finds it.

So thats four Rumager caches in just under an hour, with the last one being a FTF

#396 TFTC

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
