Day 3 of our quest to complete the ET Series. We started where we left off yesterday at #754 and continued to #1022, before returning to near Rachel for the Alien's Head series.

Not as long a day as yesterday but still pretty long. We soon got into the rhythm of stop, walk, grab, sign logbook, hide and were a bit sad when we ended up at #1022 and the caches on the map stopped abruptly.

We rested while we drove back to the Alien's Head and then set off to get these ones. We really enjoyed this section and soon did a circuit of the head with a diversion off to do the mouth and eyes on the way.

As we neared our hotel back in Alamo (Windmill Ridge - really lovely and friendly place to stay if anyone is looking for somewhere comfortable) we had time to grab a few stand alone caches around town.

Thanks for the massive effort it must have taken to put out this HUGE series. It's really appreciated by us all.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
