Found it timker found Etna Vulcanos

Monday, 13 September 2010Sicilia, Italy

We visted Etna Nord on 13th and Etna Sud at the 17th of september 2010, both were sunny day with great views. On both visits the climb to the top was closed because of steam eruptions. At Etna Nord we went up with the fourwheeldrive bus to the Observatory and then a little bit down to do a short walk. At Etna Sud we took the cableway and the fourwheeldrive and did a small walk on a lower peak rond the red crater at 3.000 meters high. We're uploading photo's of Nord and Sud.

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
