Found it kelly@9 found As Seen on TV

Sunday, March 12, 2006Virginia

I saw this 2 hours after it came up on the site, while I was sitting and logging my earlier finds on the site. I figured the rain had stopped, it is a nice, warm Sunday evening, someone else must have gotten to it already...

But as I drove the 10 miles or so home, it just kept calling to me, so I stopped and checked that the cache hadn't been logged on the site yet, and plugged the coords into my GPS by hand. 5 miles away, might as well go for it! Got the cache at 9:13pm, and found an empty log, w00t my first FTF!

I picked the right entry point, but my GPSr didn't settle down at first and so I made it a more difficult search than it needed to be! I took one of the little green mugs, going to try to make it to the event next week! Left a Hot Wheels car and mini glow-in-the-dark rubber duckie, as these were the only trade items I had left that were small enough!

Took the Geocaching Maine TB (TBPJY3), and left another of Traverski's trackables that I picked up earlier today -- Traverski's Traveling Scotland Coin (TBVJTA).

Also, as anyone who knows anything about my political leanings can tell you, I do not watch FOX News, and didn't see the news segment on this!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
