Our 1500th cache!!!

27 of 34 on a trip round the Nuneaton area with the intention of finding our 1500th cache.

It took us a while to twig with the puzzle as we were looking into it too much (as usual).

As we neared the cache location we realised we could do it as a 4x4 driveby - well, it was like a red rag to a bull - we just had to do it. Had great fun slipping and sliding in the Jeep and managed to park very close to the cache which we found in the second place we looked.

We then had even more fun with the drive out from the cache as it was even more muddy and rutted further along.

Great fun - we absolutely loved this cache .

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
