For the third year in a row we are doing a geocaching road trip to the US in the spring. This year we will spend 3½ weeks driving from Las Vegas to Seattle (including a few days just North of the American/Canadian border).
We first entered the E.T. Highway two days ago where we visited no. 1-400 of the Megatrail. Yesterday we took a break from the jumping in and out of the car and walked the UFO and Head Alien instead. Today it was back to the jumping! After checking out of the Little A’Le’Inn (i.e. leaving the key in the trailer ) we headed North and started caching. We were most effective between 6 and 8 a.m. (before the weather heated up), but we kept a good pace all day and made it all the way to no. 1050 before calling it a day and heading towards Tonopah for the night. Today we learned that cows like geocaching (or at least caches...) Especially between no. 1010 and 1026 many of the containers had been moved (or even removed) or had visible chewing marks. We replaced the missing containers and managed to bring back a couple of film canisters which had blown quite a bit away from their rock piles.

Thanks for the cache and greetings from Denmark!
