Found it TheGreenTool found Fairy Lochs and USAAF Liberator

Sunday, June 10, 2012Northern Scotland, United Kingdom

This cache was the one we looked forward the most on our Scotland vacation. The location is really impressive. Nobody can really imagine what happened here in June 1945 and how the scene looked after the crash.

We're glad to see, that obviously not too much parts were stolen by ruthless people.

As this is another site which we would not have been visited without geocaching, the landscape is so beautiful and the atmosphere is so special, we give a favourite point.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
