I'd just finished logging a couple of Church Micros that we'd found this afternoon and then checked my emails. A new puzzle had been published 20km north of home.

It had been out for four hours so I expected that the Bracknell puzzlers would've already claimed it. But no! (its a sunny day so maybe they are all at a BBQ).

I had a quick read through the text...nothing. I read it through again more carefully..aha!!! and out popped the numbers. I put them in the geochecker to confirm that I hadn't made a maths error and printed out the map.

Bobcat fancied a go at the FTF (we haven't done one for months now) so off we set. We had some trouble working our way around the closed roads in Wokingham but the cache itself was no problem.

Took the winners medal and left a puzzle geocoin.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
