Third day of mega caching in sunny Nevada with friends Dell01, Sunnygirls and Stogirls. After yesterday blasting 910 caches found on main E.T Hwy, we undertook the northern part of this series that goes up to the Daugherty Ranch through the Toiyabe Forest. Done mostly on pretty much dirty roads, yet we managed to find 872 caches today by starting early in the morning and finishing by night before going back to Tonopah for some rest and beer.

A visit to the old XDK-380 cache was a must and so we stayed there for lunchtime while admiring the scenery.

The elevation level of this area is quite remarkable. We ride at 6200 feet while some surrounding summits rise at 9000+ feet. Awesome!

Apart of slow moving livestock and many fast running hares, we saw beautiful wild horses in this area.

Stamped DOSS on logs. Refer to cache 0001-E.T. for some pictures.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
