I had been out most of the day, walking over St. Martha's Hill (checking on one of my caches), lunching with friends, shopping in Guildford but, as is my wont, turned on the computer as soon as I got home. I check my emails and there is a new cache notification and, what is more, it is less than a mile away! No question, it has to be gone for.

I decide on the car (partly for the air conditioning - it has reached 31 degrees centigrade!) as I know I will be able to park at the nearby garden centre, though as I drive into the traffic jam I wonder if it would be quicker to walk! Fortunately the delay is minor and, after parking up and a slightly fraught road crossing, I am soon approaching GZ where it is very obvious what needs to be done. A short time later I have the cache in hand. Will it be a virgin log? Yes!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
