It looks like your log contains HTML or UBB formatting. We now use Markdown formatting because it works on both web and mobile. Would you like to convert your log?

Success! To keep these changes, hit “Submit Log Entry” at the bottom of the page.

Hmm. Some of your log formatting is not supported. You might want to remove it and use Markdown formatting.

Today was our T5 canoing day. It started relatively cool and cloudy but became warmer over the day. This cache was our first one and it set the theme for the rest. Going to the location by the canoe is peanuts. Spotting the box and logging without falling into the water is the real challenge. Well, in this case, we were successful, although the bison box had changed color. It is not black any more but shiny metallic. Still, it is not easily spotted and it took us a while, in particular because we did not have the spoiler pics with us. In any way: A lovely experience!

Thanks

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
