FTF Joint with Paul from Izzy and the Lizard King @ 20:30

I'd seen this one come out earlier but had to stay in until after 7:30pm with work so when work was done I dashed out expecting to be beaten to FTF.

I parked at the end of the road just to the north of the cache and walked along the PF expecting it to go down to the tunnel entrance. It didn't.

I flashed the torch down into the cut to see how far down it was and caught sight of another torch searching in the end of the tunnel so suspected Paul was already here looking.

The PF went round to the west side of the canal where I spotted a rough path down the side of the bank to the towpath. I was soon at GZ and sure enough there was Paul - great to meet you again.

After quite a search we found the really well hidden cache. As Paul says, we must have looked at it more than once and not realised it was the cache.

Self portrait with the cache

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
