Saw this one come out so dashed out to find it.

I parked up at the recommended place and had a nice walk up to the cache just as darkness was setting in. On the way up I realised I was walking past a cemetery, which added a nice spooky element to my walk in the dark.

I soon realised where the cache was but it was fun getting to it as I could not spot a path into the clearing in the dark so had to go cross-country. Once at GZ, the cache was an easy find.

I opted to go out of the woods on the other side as it looked easier and no sooner was I back on the path than I heard rustling and saw a couple of torches in the woods. Knowing it was likely to be Izzy and Paul I backtracked to say hello. I watched them find the cache and then we all walked back down to the cars having a nice geo-chat.

It's no wonder Sam and Cookie love it here as it's a great spot with some fabulous views in all directions.

Self portrait with the cache

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
