Monday, May 19, 2014Tennessee

It has become a tradition that we make a yearly geocaching road trip in the US. It's the fifth year in a row that we do so, but the first time we visit the Eastern part of the country – starting in Miami and ending in Boston. This year's trip brought us through 17 states and one Canadian province.

Today we left our hotel in Jasper, Georgia in the morning and headed for our next destination, Lenoir City Tennessee. Yesterday we had had a rainy day, but today we were blessed with nice sunshine all day, and we enjoyed a full day of geocaching. After checking into our hotel in Lenoir City we went for a nice evening trip along a scenic byway with many beautiful views to lakes and hills - and with a bunch of caches.

This cache was found at 19:22.

Thanks for the cache and greetings from Denmark!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
