Found it BaSHful found But?

Tuesday, 02 September 2014Southern England, United Kingdom

Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar on a variable August day. Contrary to expectations, there was a little drizzle in the air as we set off but this had stopped by the time of our first cache and gradually the clouds cleared and the day became most pleasant. Wherigos were the primary focus but of three in the plan we managed none which was a big disappointment. Fortunately the rest of the day went well with no other failures. An earthcache, a YOSM, four large caches and a selection of SideTracked and Church Micros all helped to redeem the day's outing.

The last cache of the day and we finished as we started, with a large cache - I do so wish there were more of these! A nice implementation of the hide type - have a fav point.

infoA letterbox is another form of treasure hunting using clues instead of coordinates. In some cases, however, a letterbox has coordinates, and the owner has made it a letterbox and a geocache. To read more about letterboxing, visit the Letterboxing North America web site.
