Saw these come out and could not resist as they are not too far from home and in a lovely area of town.

I was soon near the first one but it took a few moments to work out where to park the Jeep in the housing estate as I could not remember where the PF started.

After my memory returned, I enjoyed a nice walk down to the canal and along to the bridge before having a quick find of teh nicely hidden cache, with spot on co-ords.

I had to sit down on the nearby bench and admire the old canal for a moment as a lady walked past after feeding some ducks the other side of the bridge.

Congratulations on your first cache hide Steve - a really nice job .

Self portrait with the logbook

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
