Found it TheGreenTool found Original Stash Tribute Plaque

Friday, August 14, 2015Oregon

What a cool trip! This was our first Geocaching journey outside Europe. When we booked our flight to Seattle in September 2014 we hadn't any idea that the 2015 Block Party could be the last one. What a lucky decision !

Our trip started on August 13th at 12:03 am German time with an easy drive in tradi next to our home tome. Why? You should know that we are statistic cachers and our first goal was to reach the longest distance between two geocaches within one single day. So the second one was next to our hotel in SeaTac.

The following four days lead us to the eastern and western regions of Portland to find some historical caches, to Seattle, the HQ, and the Block Party, as well as to the Going Ape Mega including the hikes through the tunnel and up to the GCD and last not least to Vancouver (not only for another new Geocaching country ...).

About this cache:
The most exciting historicial geocaching place. It was a really moving moment. Of yourse we spend a favorite point for it.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
