Hmm. Some of your log formatting is not supported. You might want to remove it and use Markdown formatting.

It is always interesting to look at the kind of stone people around the world use and used to build their houses, their pavements and so forth. It leads you always deep into the geological history of the surrounding area and to the economic and social history of a city. This EC is a nice example!

Thank you very much for your explanations!

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
