Found it BaSHful found The (Water) Crystal Maze

Tuesday, 23 May 2017Southern England, United Kingdom

Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar and caching in the Swindon area for a change (and a couple of rare T/D combinations!). Mind you, this made for a very, very long day - we left Dorking at around 6:30am and didn't get back until around 11:00pm! However, the weather was glorious with temperatures soaring in the afternoon. We mostly hoovered up Church Micros together with a few Fine Pairs, the occasional SideTracked and a few extras. Disappointingly, the Village Signs series hasn't made it here yet - maybe soon? Annoyingly we racked up three DNFs but refused to let this distract from a superb caching day.

The first stage had been long solved, just waiting for when we were in the area. I had high expectations for this cache and it easily exceeded them. I wish I could add more than just a single fav point. I don't want to spoil anyone's enjoyment so I will just say that the 'Mental' stage taxed us sorely but that for the rest, our combined experience and expertise manged without undue difficulty. Highly recommended!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
