Found it colincactus found RR20 - No.5 (Simple Reading Test)

Blimey this was a hard one. It was fairly straightforward to do the "simple reading" but working out what the symbols were was surprisingly difficult. I tried working from both ends in turn but still ended up with a number of places where there were multiple symbol possibilities. So I set up a spreadsheet to calculate the checksums while I gradually resolved the ambiguities. After a couple of hours of work I managed to find the solution that fitted all the constraints and happily it passed the geochecker.

It took us a couple of minutes to find this one, as we'd been searching the wrong one to begin with. Another one for Bobcat so that puts him in the lead 3:2.

Oh and another FTF - I'll add a favourite point for this as its a really good puzzle.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
