Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar on another pleasant Summer's day. The spell of bone dry weather continues albeit a little cooler today though not enough to prevent my shirt acquired salt stains as the day wore on. Our longest day so far this year - left home at 6:45am and got back at 11:25pm. However, a very successful day with all caches attempted being found, mostly straightforwardly, though some put up a considerable fight! Three oldies were our primary target to which we added 50 others: mostly Church Micros, Sidetracked, Village Signs and Fine Pairs. (A few Village Halls would have been nice but that series doesn't seem to have made it here yet.)

It took us three separate trips to collect the feeder information but finally it was time to collect the ultimate cache. Calculation of the final location had proved problematical but we got there and after a short walk made a fairly quick find. Fabulous cache. Have a fav point.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
