Found it BaSHful found Not as it seems (part two)

Wednesday, 31 October 2018Southern England, United Kingdom

Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar for a day's caching vaguely in the Portsmouth area. We had good weather throughout, excellent at times, but a definite taste of Winter for the first hour or so. Four old caches were the starting point for today's planning. Walking to those meant we mopped up a fair number of other caches. And driving between those we mopped up Church Micros, Village Halls and challenge caches. An excellent day right up until the last four caches which were four consecutive DNFs for us, which I don't think we've ever experienced before, and only one do we think might be missing. Oh well, such is life (and geocaching).

Our third visit over a period of three to fours years! Pretty quick find this time in a place I'm certain I checked on both previous occasions. Anyway, very good to finally get this one ticked off.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
