Found it BaSHful found Village Hall #369 - Cholesbury

Tuesday, 13 August 2019Southern England, United Kingdom

Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar on a very pleasant Summer's day. Four old caches were the primary objective but we continue to mop up Church Micros, SideTracked, Village Signs, Village Halls, Fine Pairs and challenge caches, whenever we can. And there's always some extras that creep into the mix for one reason or another. However, with hindsight, the schedule contained too high a proportion of Multis, many of which proved vexatious, though we only had the one DNF and that was because the cache was missing (or so we believe). Never the less, an excellent, if very tiring, day with all objectives being met.

Calculating the final proved easy enough but we'd have been happier if it had been closed. Poor co-ords and no hint but something clicked in and we made a pretty quick find.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
