Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar on a very pleasant Summer's day. Four old caches were the primary objective but we continue to mop up Church Micros, SideTracked, Village Signs, Village Halls, Fine Pairs and challenge caches, whenever we can. And there's always some extras that creep into the mix for one reason or another. However, with hindsight, the schedule contained too high a proportion of Multis, many of which proved vexatious, though we only had the one DNF and that was because the cache was missing (or so we believe). Never the less, an excellent, if very tiring, day with all objectives being met.

We parked at the entrance to the now disused car park (there is room for one car). From here we made our way, whether by luck or judgement, straightforwardly to our search area. A short time later we had the cache in hand, our last for today. Great to see this old timer still going strong. May it continue for a long time to come. Have a fav point.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
