I came back and looked for WP1 in the 1 place that I didn't look last time (yeah right), and guess what? There it was. Probably found in less than 2 minutes. At WP2, I had a lot of trouble determining which side to search on, but eventually made the find - coords were very good once the GPSr settled. However, struck out at WP3. Very public spot made the search difficult, plus I had to leave before it got too dark since I was on my bike. I didn't even think to look for hints during the search, but not sure it would have helped. I have no idea what it means.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
