Found it m4nTiSke & Helga <3 found Lungälvsravinerna 2 - Stigen

Saturday, 21 May 2016Värmland, Sweden

A few weeks ago we already did a big part of this track and enjoyed it very much.
Unfortunately we started pretty late, so we could not finish the entire track.
So today, as we were doing some caches in the neighborhood, we decided to do the rest of the caches (1, 2 and 3).
This one gave us a bit of trouble finding it.
To start... the GPS was having trouble getting a good fix and was constantly giving us different locations.
Secondly it was warm and moist... ideal weather for mosquitoes. They were buzzing around our heads the entire time and that certainly wasn't helping us.
So after about 10 minutes, searching around the whole area, we decided it was better to give the third cache a try first and we would come back for this one after that.
Cache 3 was found pretty quickly and when we came back to this one it seemed that our GPS was getting a better signal and the mosquitoes were on their lunchbreak or something, because there were far less of them at that moment.
And yes, now we found it. It still took some effort because the cache was very well hidden... but in the end it was located at the most logical place.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
