It looks like your log contains HTML or UBB formatting. We now use Markdown formatting because it works on both web and mobile. Would you like to convert your log?

Success! To keep these changes, hit “Submit Log Entry” at the bottom of the page.

Hmm. Some of your log formatting is not supported. You might want to remove it and use Markdown formatting.

Finally, the quest for the icon has been accomplished!
Out on a spur of the moment weekend adventure with Condor Man.
This cache was the big reason for this trip after visiting all Simian Guerrilla Task Force caches http://fbz.geocaches.org in San Diego County.
We flew into SEATAC at 9:30am.
We picked up a geocaching mobile at the airport and headed to Montlake Bicycle Shop.
Got an awesome deal on full suspension rentals with a rack.
After treking through the longest and darkest tunnel I have ever biked, we discovered the APE.
I dropped POTAM: Mandemus, Semos, Davidson, Attar and Commander at their goal.
They will be great discoveries for cachers, new to the APE.
Goundspeak didn't recommend it but it is possible to fly into SEATAC and complete Mission 9: TOL, Micro Tomb Raider, Iron Horse, View Cache, Wonkatania and Geocache (GCD) before sun down.
This was definitely up there on great adventures. I highly recommend it to anyone!
Thanks for the extra smiley and a new icon!

infoA Project APE cache is a geocache hidden as part of a Planet of the Apes FOX Promotion in 2001. When each cache was placed they contained a different prop from the movie. There are still some active today.
