BCP578 - Legal
Elev. 711 metres

I honestly can't remember the last time I found multiple caps in a day. It's not something that happens very often now.

Legal was pretty quiet this afternoon, just as you'd expect on a warm sunny spring day masquerading as summer. It reminded me very much of the small town I grew up in. All it needed was the sound of a heat bug buzzing away to complete the memory.

I parked on the road right beside the marker post and walked the few metres over to the cap. It's in a small depression in the grass; another one that's easy in the summer, less so in winter. The cap is in pretty good shape; though there are some tool marks on the surface they don't obscure the numbers.

Thanks for the cap, outforthehunt.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
