Found it gumbyphv found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Friday, 23 May 2014Alberta, Canada

BCP278 Edmonton - 109 St.

I dropped Mrs. Gumby and my mother-in-law to visit some relatives nearby and decided to come and grab this brass cap. When I got here I found a few holes that I cleaned out but got nothing. Shortly after that I was able to locate where I thought the cache was but I had to dig a bit. The ground was rock solid and a few passersby were checking out what I was doing. I hacked away and the ground and pretty soon I hit the cap. Awesome, cleaned it off and snapped my pics. Thanks for another cool brass cap. TFTBC

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
