Found it manjalou found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Thursday, 14 August 2014Alberta, Canada

BCP 570 Eckville
As we approached our destination we could see a biker that had pulled over to fix something on his bike right where we wanted to be so we pulled over and waited further down the road. The biker soon left and it was our turn to park in the field approach. The BCP had been covered by flattened grass but we noticed the indentation and soon had it cleared away to expose the cap. The field nearby had been harvested of its hay and looking down the road we could see other fields turning golden. Having read the Black Sharks log on this BCP we were interested to see the Petunia Tree. We had just seen one in Coronation last week. Unfortunately the hail storm did it's damage here too. The flowers were all gone! :(
Thanks for the BCP.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
