Found it Strider's Ride found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

To deal with the barbed wire fence on the top of a steepish slope, I elected to stay low & go underneath the bottom strand which worked out well...without a snag so to speak. Cap is in great shape.
