It looks like your log contains HTML or UBB formatting. We now use Markdown formatting because it works on both web and mobile. Would you like to convert your log?

Success! To keep these changes, hit “Submit Log Entry” at the bottom of the page.

Hmm. Some of your log formatting is not supported. You might want to remove it and use Markdown formatting.

A minor milestone - #3400. Today turned out to be an interesting caching day. Mindful that I might reach this milestone at some point today, I set out to find some potentially difficult hides and some really easy ones. Seems that I found all the hard ones and struck out on the 1/1 walk in the park. No complaints there.

I worked out the puzzle last night, thought I was stuck and contacted the CO, and later figured out how to screw in a lightbulb. Something about typing up the message must trigger my brain to think about the problem in a new way. I picked up a car TB called the Blue Racer at my first cache of the day. It wouldn't fit here, but I'll dip it in and out for a visit since it seems so appropriate.

Cheers,
Lynn

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
