Found it Joci found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Saturday, July 16, 2011Alberta, Canada

Found BCP320 Strathmore at 6.08.PM. N51*02.667 W113*23.538 Elev:972m. I picked this cap up after I attended the Best of the Bad Mega Event (WestCan1) GC2GA1J. in Three Hills on my way from there to the Crowsnest Pass. Camping there for the rest of the weekend and picking up some more caches and BCPs on the way. It was not too bad to find because the coords were good enough and there was an impression in the ground. So I just had to clean off about half an inch dirth of the cap. The cap got some tool markes on it but still readable. It looked like they just had some kind of show and shine in the near by area because seen some old classic cars there. Thanx for an other BCP ofth. Joci!

DSCF1529The GPSr's read at the cap.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
