Found it BVPete found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Monday, 18 May 2015Alberta, Canada

BCP 687 Shilo's Cap

The drive from the SHC cap was uneventful as it was early in the day and holiday "long weekend - heading home" traffic had not yet picked up. We parked in a appropriate spot and walked the 60 or so meters to the cap, still easily accessible thanks to previous finders. Jack helped me check it out as he thinks all holes in the ground must be closely investigated. I took a few photos after he had completed his investigations and we headed over to the golden arches to fuel up with some more coffee and off load some consumed earlier in the day.

Thanks for Shilo's cap ofth, we enjoyed our brief visit to this beautiful spot, now it is off to Fort Macleod

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
