BCP669 Mirror
After a few days of not caching and being busy with family we were excited when we saw this one come out. We contacted some friends but they were unable to join us. :( We were armed with all the tools we thought we might need and away we went. We thought this might take awhile as it was a new one. The GPS led us right to the GZ. We looked down and there was a divot in the ground. Excitement.. could it be that easy!! We removed some earth and we spied a part of the BCP. With a little more digging around it to expose it further we then cleaned off the caked on mud. A little water... And there it was. A little gouged up but numbers were readable. After a "high five" we took some pictures and returned to the geotruck. Thankyou for getting us out on a beautiful morning after a few very cool days. :)

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
