My wife wanted to take a trip to the south to get some sun in a warmer climate. I wanted to go to Madeira. Mostly because of all the interesting caches. My wife is unfortunately not interested in geocaching so I had to find other reasons. And we agreed to go to Madeira and now we are here for a week. A fantastic week on this green island. I found some caches we could visit together. Among them a couple of multis that will take us around Funchal and some Earth caches with interesting views around the island. Then I got one day of to visit the high plateau with Casa de Santana and Puzzle 101 on my own while my wife was shopping and visiting some museums in Funchal. I am pleased with what I achieved during our stay but I will definitely come back. There are more caches to visit....

Now our stay in Madeira is almost over for this time but there are some caches still to find and log. This was one of the caches I visited today. I collected the necessary information. Then it was a quick catch. And with the cache in the hands the log was signed before the cache was hidden again in the same place as it was found. Thank you for placing this cache here.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
