Found it colincactus found Viewpoint Challenge Cache - Bronze

Friday, October 31, 2014Southern England, United Kingdom

I was planning on doing some caching in the area today so last night I was looking for challenges I had qualified for. I'd only found 2000 caches so I really didn't expect 10 percent of them to have the "Scenic View" attribute. However I ran the checker and it reported back:

"I have used Project-GC to see if I qualify for this challenge and I do.

Congratulations You have qualified for the challenge by finding 360 caches with the "Scenic View" attribute."

So onto the pile of caches-to-collect-today it went.

It was a lovely sunny day today - amazing that its the last day of October. This was my fifth cache of the day. I chose the wrong side first and got tangled up in brambles. Why did I do that? I backed out and changed to the other side and it turned out to be an easy find. Three groups of cyclists passed me while I was here.

I took the geocoin and left a path tag.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
