Found it Gimli*/GeoJoce found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Tuesday, 02 May 2017Alberta, Canada

BCP451 Ada Blvd

I had to do some convincing but GJ eventually agreed to stop at a cap (or two) along Ada, along the way home from Borden Park. :) I was solo searching at this point so I hoped for a couple of quick finds while she and the geodog waited in the car.

I went way too far from the road in looking for this one. I had to check out WZ’s context pic which made things very clear. I went back closer to the road and easily spotted the hole for the cap. Yes! Pics taken, I hopped back in the car to let GJ know there was one more cap along this road. I only got a bit of a glare.... :D

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
