Marie (Lacknothing) and I started out early this morning from Appleton to cache our way west. We found lots of caches and some of my favorites, the cemetery caches. We passed this cemetery and started the search. We had the clue and did a double search all over. We were getting ready to leave, but took one last look at GZ. Suddenly it seemed to jump out at me. Both Marie and I looked in this spot a couple times! What a thrill to find it! SL, did a little happy dance and cached on. Thanks for the fun caches.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
