We were on our way home up Hwy 22 when we hit Hwy 543. Well I knew the closest DQ was in High River and the boys had worked hard helping us find caches and brass caps today so they deserved a treat. I unexpectedly turned onto Hwy 543 towards High River and Momzee immediately asked where the cap was. Coincidentally, there was a cap about 33km away just on the east side of High River, but that had nothing to do with my decision to turn . Well since we were going that way, we might as well pay it a visit. A quick drive-up cap to end the caps for the day and then we all went to DQ to reward ourselves for our efforts. Very nice. A great day had by all. Thanks for the caps OFTH!

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
