Woo hoo!!! Cache #3500, and I couldn't have picked a better cache for it than this one. It wasn't an epic journey or a spectacular view, but it was hidden in a place that I've called home for at least one week a year for the past 19 years ... Sweet Home Tesomas. It has been my privilege to attend camp with my Cub Scout pack and/or Boy Scout troop each year since 1994, 12 of those years as Scoutmaster. In addition there have been numerous weekend campouts, week-long trainings, and even one summer when I served on staff for six weeks of the summer. It was that summer that I presented Mathman and his partner, Mr. OPS, the fabled giant silver beads for their victory in the camp horseshoe tournament.

Yes, this place that we love, this place where camping is king, holds many fond memories. And now there is one more memory to add, my 3500th cache. Thanks for placing this cache here, Mathman. I love this place.

Cache #3500

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
