Didn't find it OzGuff couldn't find Waterrock Knob

Saturday, 13 September 2003North Carolina

This time I brought reinforcements--a total of 8 folks trekked up to the top and looked in all likely (and some not-so-likely) cache locations! Unfortunately, we could not find the cache after 45 minutes of searching. We would have looked longer, but a National Park Service Ranger came along and asked us to remain on the paths. I plan to try this one more time, and then I will give up! (Until I see a successful log of this cache, and I will try it again!) Beautiful day, beautiful walk! OzGuff

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
